Our services include design consultation, fabric selection, measurement, custom creation, and professional installation. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and project scope.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order for curtains or textile decor products:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until order confirmation
  • Payment terms will be outlined in your project quote
  • Deposits may be required for custom orders and are non-refundable once production begins
  • Final payment is due upon completion before or at installation
  • We accept various payment methods as specified during checkout

Custom Orders and Specifications

Custom curtains and textile products are made to your exact specifications. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all measurements, fabric selections, and design details before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees. Please review all specifications carefully as custom orders are generally non-returnable.

Installation Services

For projects that include installation:

  • Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time
  • You must provide safe access to the installation area
  • You are responsible for ensuring walls and structures can support curtain hardware
  • Additional charges may apply for installations requiring special equipment or unusual circumstances
  • Rescheduling may incur fees if not done within the specified notice period

Product Quality and Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Curtains and textile products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified in your order agreement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper care or use, alterations by third parties, or fading due to sun exposure. Please refer to our care instructions to maintain your products properly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Calmflameatelier or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

  • If we cannot resolve a dispute through negotiation, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction as specified below
  • You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us
